Hawthorn Senior Living currently has an immediate opportunity at our Vancouver, Washington home office for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist.

Hawthorn Senior Living is a rapidly growing senior housing company, managing independent living communities throughout the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable requests for Hawthorn Senior Living and related business entities in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· Proficient problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet departmental deadlines.

· Attentive to detail and possess good organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to operate 10-key by touch.

· Willingness to work as part of a team.

. 1 to 2 years’ experience in AP

. Exposure to vendor account reconciliation

. Basic Excel experience.
