Job Requirements:
- Must have valid CDL-A with 2 years of recent experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and road test
- Clean driving record and adherence to all DOT/FMCSA laws and regulations
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely operate equipment in varying weather and road conditions
- Strong communication skills with dispatch and customers
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Expectations:
- Full-Time, Company Driver
- Regional Midwest Routes
- Assigned equipment with automatic transmission vehicles
- Capable of working variable schedules based on customer freight demands
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and on-time service
- Ability to adapt to changing road and weather conditions
- Familiarity with GPS and electronic logging systems
- Professional communication with dispatchers and customers
- Reporting any maintenance, freight, or safety issues promptly
