Job Description
Experience Required: 5+ yrs of related manufacturing process engineer experience Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in Client+ (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
• Process Validation, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Problem Solving, Good Manufacturing Practices
• Assembly Lines, Process Improvement, PPAP processes, Manufacturing Processes, Lean Six Sigma
• Demonstrated project management / equipment delivery experience
• Deep understanding of gauge R&R and capabilities studies
• Experience working with axles or other automotive components
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Six Sigma experience
• FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience
• Visual Factory Management
• Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience
