Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a production worker to join their team. As a production worker, you will be part of the production team supporting various aspects of spring manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a good work history, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker 

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $14.50 

Shift: 1st shift ~ 6a - 2:30p 

What's the Job?

• Help with the various aspects in the production of springs.
• Running machines (grinding, loading, painting, packing)
• Working alone or as a team.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant factory experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrated good work history.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
