Parts Clerk - Now Hiring

E.L. Harvey & Sons has an immediate position available for a Parts Clerk at our site in Westborough, MA 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Job duties:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with general clerical tasks and data entry
• Enter all repair orders into the company’s maintenance tracking system
• Maintain accurate warranty records and tracking
• Receive, inspect, and check in all incoming parts, tools, and supplies
• Organize parts to ensure they are easy to locate and properly stored
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Restock shelves and assist with ordering parts when supplies run low
• Keep the parts room clean, safe, and compliant with company policy
• Pull and prepare parts for mechanics and maintenance staff
• Run parts to various sites as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery drivers

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in parts, inventory, warehouse operations, or related work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, team‑oriented work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
