General Cleaner at Spencer Building Maintenance

Shift: Night

Monday-Wednesday-Friday

Start Time: 6pm End Time: 1:12am    Lunch:30mins

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Sweeping
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting

Physical Demands:

• Stand, bend, and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Stand and walk throughout shift
• Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, bending or squatting.

This positions requires to travel to different locations using a company vehicle, starting point will be the same location at all times in the Sacramento area.

Requirements:

• You must be 21 years old
• Valid driver license
• Reliable Transportation

• Must be able to be counted and relied upon; be on time.
• Must agree to wear any and all necessary personal protective equipment.
• Possess the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
