Location: Bardstown, KY
Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
Schedule:2nd Shift | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED
Skills: Basic math skills + able to read instructions in English.
Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs. + Manual dexterity for handling/assembling small components.

Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment to meet daily production, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and support repairs to minimize downtime and ensure proper operation.
• Follow all quality procedures, including inspections, defect checks, and reporting issues to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety guidelines, 5S practices, and proper tool/equipment care.
• Support team operations by completing shift tasks, training employees, following schedules, and assisting in other areas as needed.
