Are you a seasoned UX Researcher ready to take on a pivotal role, guiding product strategy and fostering a deep understanding of user needs? We're looking for an expert in their field who can lead moderately complex research projects with autonomy, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that directly influence product development and business goals. In this role, you will:
* Propose innovative ideas to enhance products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations.
* Advocate for and practice inclusive research and design, promoting the creation of inclusive products.
* Guide product strategy by analyzing, consolidating, and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.
* Create and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, extending the impact and visibility of your work.
* Identify, create, and effectively utilize key insights and metrics to evaluate product, service, and ecosystem impact.
* Leverage a broad and deep understanding of business goals, the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry best practices to inform research-driven decision-making.
* Contribute to developing project priorities, coordinate resource allocation, and proactively remove roadblocks.
* Conduct comprehensive research to identify user needs and business opportunities, demonstrating empathy for both users and the business.
* Perform research that cultivates user empathy and guides a shared user-centric vision and strategy with partners.
* Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities by adapting research strategies for complex projects or programs.
* Drive and/or execute comprehensive analysis for complex research projects, including defining qualitative or quantitative frameworks and developing strategic surveys.
* Build consensus and influence teams to gain support for research-based, user-centric solutions.
* Communicate research insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders, adeptly addressing and anticipating challenges.
