Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Ultrasound/Sonography experience
• ARDMS certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ARDMS credentials in one of the following:
  • RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)
  • RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer)
  • RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist)
• ARDMS specialties in OB/GYN, Abdomen, or Breast preferred
• RVT certification strongly preferred
• Strong vascular ultrasound experience required
• Experience with EPIC and PACS systems preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

• Vascular imaging studies
• Abdominal ultrasound
• Liver ultrasound
• Renal ultrasound
• Thyroid ultrasound
• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) studies
• Breast ultrasound
• Venous duplex studies
• Carotid duplex examinations
• Ability to independently perform and evaluate diagnostic ultrasound procedures

Equipment Experience:

• GE Ultrasound Systems
• Philips Ultrasound Systems
