Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Advance your career in medical imaging by utilizing your expertise as a Radiology/X-ray Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment. In this contract role lasting 13 weeks, you’ll play an integral part in delivering high-quality diagnostic services to patients using state-of-the-art imaging equipment. Your skills will help clinicians accurately assess patient conditions, and you’ll have the opportunity to expand your experience by floating to other facilities as needed.

Schedule:

  • Nights
  • 3 shifts per week (12 hours each)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels.
  • Perform high-quality X-ray exams following established protocols and safety standards.
  • Assist with the administration of radiation therapy treatments under advanced guidance when applicable.
  • Prepare, position, and explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide excellent patient care.
  • Accurately document images and maintain patient records.
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and report any technical issues promptly.
  • Float to other facilities within the network as assigned to support patient care needs.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Current ARRT certification required.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Previous experience with both general radiology and X-ray imaging.
  • Skilled in operating modern imaging equipment and electronic health record systems.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of healthcare settings and adapt to multiple facility protocols.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills are essential.
