Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience - A wage increase can happen if given the opportunity to convert, as well as taking on more responsibility.
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shift (no weekends)
Location: On-site | Greater Woodland, WA area

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Administrative Clerk to support daily front counter operations. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers while assisting with order processing, administrative tasks, and overall sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
- Process customer orders and will-call purchases accurately
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members
- Provide basic product information and support to customers
- Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions
- Perform data entry and assist with general administrative tasks (email, order tracking, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support day-to-day front office and counter operations
- Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Experience working with contractors or in a construction-related environment
- Familiarity with inventory, order processing, or sales support
- Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends
