Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Massachusetts
- Previous experience delivering speech services in schools preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in teletherapy platforms
- Professional liability insurance required
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable with 1099 contract status and managing your own workflow
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, screenings, and therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and developmental progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
- Participate in meetings, IEPs, and provide consultative support as needed
