Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Massachusetts
  • Previous experience delivering speech services in schools preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and proficiency in teletherapy platforms
  • Professional liability insurance required
  • Motivated self-starter, comfortable with 1099 contract status and managing your own workflow

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments, screenings, and therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and developmental progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
  • Participate in meetings, IEPs, and provide consultative support as needed
