Job Description
Seeking to hire for this immediate opening for General Production Workers for this FULL TIME job opportunity. This role supports a high-volume manufacturing operation by loading and threading raw materials, operating production machinery, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. You will work on a structured shift schedule in a large, temperature-controlled facility and contribute directly to the efficient and safe production of fabric-based products. Responsibilities
- Clean and load cereals into production equipment according to established procedures.
- Thread raw materials from the cereal area to the weaving equipment, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
- Operate manufacturing and machine equipment safely and efficiently during assigned shift.
- Perform visual inspections to confirm all materials are properly placed and products meet quality standards.
- Identify and report flaws or defects in products and materials to the appropriate personnel.
- Unload finished products from machines and transport them to designated areas within the facility or warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adapt to changing production needs, including performing general labor tasks as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of QUAKERTOWN, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
