About this job

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Medication prompting. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We can use Uber or personal vehicle as needed but I need a responsible adult waiting to help me get home in order to get this relatively minor surgery as well as to be available in initial recovery period in case I need to go to the ER.
