Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a senior care provider for my dad a couple days a week He is 89 years old. He is still very active. Experience with Dementia clients would be a plus he is in early stages. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping vacuuming dishes if needed. Wiping down the counters. Some Meal Preparation, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed if he forgets to take it. He has a small dog and four cats.
