Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop and document care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses.
• Respond effectively to critical situations with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, accurately.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
• BLS certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
• ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
