As a Night Nurse in Long-Term Care, you will be essential in ensuring the health and comfort of residents throughout the night. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Monitoring and evaluating residents' health conditions and executing care plans
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments
• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care
• Accurately and promptly documenting patient information
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for residents
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
