Job Requirements\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
\n
• Experience caring for a variety of patient populations across adult, orthopedic, pediatric, and mother/baby med-surg settings preferred
\n
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment
\n
• Ability to work rotating shifts and float as needed
\n
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
\n

Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients across assigned units
\n
• Plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
\n
• Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changing clinical conditions
\n
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established protocols
\n
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clear communication with the interdisciplinary team
\n
• Support safe, efficient, and compassionate care for patients of all ages served
\n
• Adapt to rotating unit needs and contribute to a positive team environment
\n
