Key Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts, either from 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am.
• Complete 10-15+ shifts each month until a permanent physician is appointed.
• Manage a patient load of 55 per day, averaging 1.5-1.6 patients per hour.
• Benefit from APP coverage for 20 hours on weekdays and single shifts on weekends.
• Maintain ATLS and ACLS certifications as a requirement.
• Provide coverage for physician vacancies.
• Work in a non-trauma center with an annual volume of 21,000 patients.
