8-hour Day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Queensgate, WA. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient experience, be committed to patient care, and be able to meet productivity expectations.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide evaluations and treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
\n
• Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintain a caseload of 12-14 patients per day while achieving a target of 60 visits per week.
\n
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington.
\n
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
\n
• New graduates will not be considered for this position.
\n
