**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist!**\n\n**Job Summary:**\nWe are searching for a passionate and talented Physical Therapist (PT) to enhance our interdisciplinary team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). In this rewarding role, you will:\n\n- Evaluate residents' physical conditions and movement limitations.\n- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet individual goals.\n- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, and mobility.\n- Collaborate with a diverse team, including physicians, nursing staff, occupational and speech therapists, and family members.\n- Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and document care in compliance with state and federal regulations.\n- Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and home exercises.\n- Supervise physical therapist assistants (PTAs) and aides when needed.\n- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.\n\n**Qualifications:**\n\n- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.\n- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).\n- CPR certification (preferred or required depending on the facility).\n- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric rehab setting is preferred.\n- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.\n\n**Work Environment:**\n\n- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – inpatient, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation.\n- Responsibilities may include lifting, standing, walking, and assisting patients with transfers and mobility.\n\n**Shift Information:**\n\n- 9 AM to 5 PM\n\n**Minimum Years of Experience:**\n\n- Less than 1 year\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
