In the role of Charge Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering on-site nursing services and overseeing staff while executing assigned administrative duties during your shift. You will be tasked with applying current nursing care standards and clarifying hospital policies to staff, patients, families, and physicians. Your leadership and communication abilities will be crucial for conflict resolution, effective time management, and task organization. Additionally, you will mentor and educate team members, acting as a role model and catalyst for change to ensure daily goals are achieved.

• Lead and supervise nursing personnel during designated shifts
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients and families within your unit
• Hold team members accountable for delivering safe and appropriate care
• Foster teamwork and promote empowerment among colleagues
• Exemplify professionalism and commitment, serving as a role model
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Active RN License in Washington State required
• Prior experience in Medical-Surgical, Emergency Room, and Charge Nurse roles
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
