**Exciting Opportunity: Activities Coordinator in Paradise!**\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Lead an engaging activity program designed to meet the social, recreational, physical, educational, and spiritual needs of patients/residents.\n \n- Empower individuals to maintain their dignity and maximize their mental and physical capacities through meaningful activities.\n \n- Enhance feelings of self-confidence, self-respect, and usefulness among patients/residents.\n \n- Responsible for:\n - Conducting thorough assessments to tailor programs to individual needs.\n - Developing and implementing comprehensive activity plans.\n - Monitoring and improving program performance.\n - Overseeing budget preparation and management.\n - Leading and supervising a dynamic team of subordinates.\n - Planning and conducting training programs.\n \n- Flexibility required: \n - Work full-time on any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n \n- Experience and Essential Knowledge:\n - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Activities Coordinator.\n - Expertise in coordinating activities that enhance patient/resident well-being.\n - Strong understanding of human anatomy and administrative practices in health settings.\n - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\n \n- Requirements:\n - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Workers.\n - Valid Driver’s License.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
