Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care for laboring patients during childbirth.
\n
• Monitor maternal and fetal health using advanced equipment such as Beacon and Meditech/CPN.
\n
• Assist in labor support interventions including versions, C-sections, and vaginal assisted deliveries.
\n
• Ensure patient safety through effective communication with team members.
\n
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
\n
• Foster a supportive and drama-free environment for patients and staff.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current unrestricted RN license.
\n
• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
\n
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM - C or AWHONN.
\n
• Proven ability to handle shifts with 1:1 to 1:2 ratios for L&D and 3:1 for postpartum care as per AWHONN guidelines.
\n
• Experience with Meditech and/or CPN documentation systems preferred.
\n
• Adaptable, flexible, and consistent personality with a commitment to teamwork.
