  • 6:30am – 2:30pm (M-F) – 8 hr. shifts (2 OR/OB/ENDO)
  • 6:30am – 4:30pm (M-F) – 10 hr. shifts (3 OR/OB/ENDO)
  • 6:30am – 6:30pm (M-F) – 12 hr. shifts (2 OR)
• Call Schedule:
  • 4:30pm – 6:30am (M-F) – 1 on call
  • Sat/Sun 6:30am – 6:30am – 1 on call

Requirements

• Board: NBCRNA certified
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Licenses: Minnesota License
• Case Logs: 12 months of case logs needed for credentialing
• Radius Restriction: Candidates must reside greater than 2 hours from the site location; Local candidates within 2 hours are not eligible
  • Minneapolis candidates are eligible despite radius restriction
• Availability for call coverage is preferred
