**Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Exciting opportunity to evaluate and treat patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.\n- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop patient goals, care plans, and identify barriers to discharge.\n- Provide patient-centered care, ensuring education for patients and families on treatment procedures, assistive devices, and home programs.\n- Select and implement evaluation and treatment methods tailored to the patient's age, diagnosis, and physician orders.\n- Orient patients and families to therapy evaluation and treatment, offering appropriate education and support.\n- Coordinate treatment schedules with other disciplines using effective scheduling procedures.\n- Monitor program effectiveness and outcomes, initiating and developing new programs as needed.\n- Perform pain assessments and take action according to standard operating procedure.\n- Document and obtain all required patient information, including precautions, orders, and initial plans of care.\n- Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to develop and document a comprehensive discharge plan.\n- Identify significant changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately with documentation and consultation.\n- Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) in accordance with state licensure and care standards.\n- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.\n\n**Certification:**\n\n- Occupational Therapist: North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy | Prior to Start Date\n- Occupational Therapist (OTR/L): National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) | Prior to Start Date\n- Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record | Current State License | Prior to Start Date\n- Basic Life Support (BLS): American Heart Association (AHA) | Prior to Start Date\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
