Job Description:
Mon-Fri:8Am-4pm ( No Weekends)
Home Health Experience Required
Requirements:Minimum of one (1) year of experience in acute, subacute or home care setting. -Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to travel to patient homes; personal vehicle required
Experience with case management and home health documentation is preferred
Required License:
Graduate of an accredited speech and language program with a minimum of a master’s degree.
Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current NJ ST License.
