About who needs care: Diagnosis dementia / high LDL /HTN dysphasia . Recently developed a UTI , was taking antibiotics but confused she went down the basement step . Hit her head in concrete and somehow not 1 broken bone . She needs someone to just be around make sure shes safe and on the days shes not doing the best to reassured her and let her husband rest About the care needs: Someone with a good attitude bubbly . may need assistance with changing clothes and assisting with a rare accident . No recent surgeries Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
