Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am hoping to establish care for a 2yo boy who has never been cared for outside of mom and dad. Hoping for someone who is willing to start slow and help him transition through separation anxiety with short times apart- until he develops a secure attachment with you. 2-10 hours per week of care at moms home. With room for growth. Hopefully a mix of short day and evening caregiving so mom can attend events or go to the gym. Hopefully this will help when we eventually start daycare or preschool.
