Babysitter Needed for my Children

We will need care on a few Thursdays each month, and some additional days each month, which will vary (perhaps even occasionally a weekend day). Dad works a hospital schedule - days vary each month, and schedule only becomes available a month in advance. At her current age, 4-month-old baby girl can be happy at home or out - she naps well in the car seat/stroller from being out and about with 2. 5-year-old brother. Brother will be in preschool (mom will drop him off and pick him up), so care is only for baby girl.
