This role performs more complex data analysis, supports program evaluations, develops reports and dashboards, and contributes to data-driven decision-making in a structured, mission-focused environment.

- Collect, review, and validate data from multiple systems and sources
- Conduct basic trend analysis, data comparisons, and correlation reviews
- Identify inconsistencies or issues in data and escalate findings appropriately
- Develop and support routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting tools and templates
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with government standards
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
- Support data entry, data cleanup, and data normalization efforts
- Assist staff with research, information gathering, and administrative analysis
- Support program evaluations, performance tracking, and operational reviews
- Participate in meetings, briefings, and working groups as required
- Assist with managing user roles, permissions, and access controls as directed
- Document processes, workflows, and data procedures for internal use
- Evaluate system updates or changes that may impact reporting or data integrity
- Provide end-user support for reports, dashboards, and data tools
- Troubleshoot reporting or data issues and coordinate with senior analysts as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet established standards
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, or database systems
Preferred
- Experience supporting federal agency contracts
- Experience using Federal data reporting tools
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to:
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and carry up to 20 pounds
- Use hands and fingers for typing and operating equipment
- Communicate verbally and in writing
- Perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
