Warehouse Team Member

Description:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to support our HVAC operations. This role is essential in keeping our service and installation teams running smoothly by ensuring materials, equipment, and tools are accurately received, organized, and delivered on time.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accountability, and safety are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC materials and equipment
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for installation and service jobs
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse inventory and storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and tracking stock levels
• Label and organize HVAC parts, tools, and supplies
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure job readiness
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (if certified or willing to train)
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to supervisor

Requirements:What We’re Looking For

• Prior warehouse, construction, or HVAC experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Willingness to learn
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)

• Fast-paced HVAC warehouse setting
• Frequent lifting, moving, and physical activity
• Exposure to seasonal temperatures (hot/cold warehouse conditions)
