Job Description

A growing global organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in Memphis, TN. This role offers significant visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business decisions through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Partner with Accounting and operational teams to improve financial visibility and business performance.
Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Assist with management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI development.
Support global financial initiatives, including consolidation, foreign exchange analysis, and performance reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide meaningful insights.
Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance leaders.
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
