Machine Operator- Night Shift

Specific Requirements:
1. Ability to read, write, and speak English and use simple math.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills (work well with others).
3. Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity desirable.
4. Accurately complete time sheets and production reports.
5. Work overtime and change shifts with minimum notice.
6. Good safety, attendance, and performance records.

Physical Considerations:
7. Ability to lift and maneuver loads of 25 lbs. or more without assistance.

After Proper Training:
8. Ability to identify parts by catalog number, inspect for quality, and recognize defects.
9. Ability to check operation of press and meet press department production requirements.
10. Load, unload, and feed material into dies.
11. Make minor adjustments to machine.
12. Meet established production criteria.
13. Perform all other Supervisor/Setup assigned duties.
