POSITION SUMMARY

The Treasury Analyst is the primary execution resource for the company's daily treasury and cash management operations. Reporting to the AVP, Warehouse & Treasury, this individual is responsible for processing all outgoing and incoming wires, executing and reconciling construction loan draw disbursements, completing wire verification workflows, and producing daily and periodic treasury reports. This is an operationally intensive role that requires a high degree of accuracy, procedural discipline, and accountability for time-sensitive financial transactions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process all daily outgoing and incoming wire transfers in accordance with established procedures and approved wire instructions; ensure every wire is verified against source documentation prior to release.
• Execute construction loan draw disbursements: receive draw requests, validate supporting documentation, coordinate with servicing and operations teams, and process disbursements on schedule.
• Complete wire verification workflows for all transactions, including dual-control validation steps; escalate any discrepancies or anomalies to the AVP immediately.
• Produce daily, weekly, and periodic treasury reports including cash position reports, wire activity logs, draw disbursement summaries, and warehouse funding confirmations.
• Reconcile daily cash activity against warehouse facility records and internal loan system data; identify and resolve breaks with the AVP.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all wire instructions, draw packages, disbursement confirmations, and treasury reporting outputs.
• Support the AVP with borrowing base data entry, collateral schedule updates, and lender reporting preparation as needed.
• Flag any unusual transactions, compliance-sensitive activity, or procedural exceptions to the AVP without delay.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–4 years of experience in mortgage treasury operations, loan funding, or cash management within a financial services or lending environment.
• Experience processing high-volume wire transactions and construction/renovation loan draws strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail; demonstrated track record of accuracy in deadline-driven, transaction-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with warehouse lending operations and loan management system platforms a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong procedural discipline and controls awareness; takes verification and dual-control protocols seriously.
