Janitorial Supervisor - Part-time (Less than 30 hrs/wk) - Nashville TN

We are seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitorial Supervisor to support our operations and help our teams succeed.

This role is focused on team support, equipment readiness, training, and perform building services. The Supervisor will ensure smooth operations by assisting staff and maintaining high-quality service standards. Client interaction will be minimal, with an emphasis on being a resource for the frontline teams.

- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and ABLE TO CLEAR A BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor janitorial teams with day-to-day operations.
• Perform building services (General cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning)
• Conduct training sessions to reinforce cleaning best practices and safety standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide operational feedback and communicate needs to leadership.
• Help ensure schedules and staffing align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within Nashville area.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
