Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) – Long-Term Care
Wage Range: $25.55–$27.15 per hour

Schedule: 64 hours per pay period • 8-hour shifts • 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Franciscan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life. Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff, you will assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining assistance, and other personal care needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to older adults. Responsibilities also include observing and reporting changes in resident conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, responding promptly to resident needs, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
