Your mission

Own end-to-end press performance: set up fast, run efficiently, and deliver consistent quality. You will handle both traditional flexo printing and die-cutting to convert prime labels that stand out in the market.

How you will succeed

1. Prepare the press for production: load substrate, mount plates, install tooling, and set precise print impression.
2. Verify substrate, ink, and tooling specs, then balance ink laydown, speed, and dryer temperatures.
3. Monitor color and registration, troubleshoot issues immediately, and minimize downtime and waste.
4. Maintain the press with routine oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep uptime high.

What you need to bring

• Proven experience operating servo-driven narrow web presses such as Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or similar platforms.
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
• Problem-solving approach grounded in efficiency and quality.
• Physical readiness for lifting, standing, and the hands-on nature of press work.
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication.

Schedule options

• 2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
