Resident Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Summary

CNAs provide essential daily care that supports resident health, safety, comfort, and dignity. This hands-on role works closely with nursing staff to ensure individualized, high-quality care for each resident.

Schedule Options

• Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend & holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition changes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments
• Communicate observations to nursing staff promptly

• Experience preferred, but training available
