Job Description:

Triad Cleaning Crew is hiring five (5) dependable Flex Cleaners to join our on-call cleaning team. This position is ideal for individuals who want flexible work and are available to step in when needed.

Flex Cleaners serve as backup support when a regularly scheduled cleaner calls out or when additional coverage is required. Work availability will vary week to week based on needs.

Responsibilities:

Step in to cover cleaning shifts on short notice.
Perform general commercial cleaning duties, including:
- Mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Emptying trash.
- Restroom cleaning.
- Light dusting and surface cleaning.
Follow company cleaning standards and checklists.
Communicate promptly regarding availability.
Maintain professionalism at all client locations.

Schedule & Availability:

On-call / as-needed basis.
Shifts may be daytime, evening, or weekends.
Flexibility and reliability are key for this role.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and responsive when contacted.
Ability to work independently.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
