PRESS LEAD - FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING

Join Smyth Companies in Minneapolis and help produce high-quality labels and packaging for leading consumer brands. We’re looking for an experienced Press Lead who takes pride in quality, leadership, and continuous improvement.

Experience that includes cold foil, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and/or tactile varnishes AND the ability to deliver consistent quality throughput would be reflected in your overall compensation.

Shift

• Monday-Wednesday | 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM

• 36.75 hours/week

• Overtime opportunities available

• Lead press operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals

• Troubleshoot and support press performance mechanically and operationally

• Collaborate with production teams to deliver top-quality products

• Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ISO quality standards

• Help drive a positive, team-oriented culture

• 5+ years of flexographic printing experience required

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lead, communicate, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
