A Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. This role involves greeting guests, answering phone calls, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and office records.
  • Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
