The patient has had a stroke. Has paralysis in the right arm and partial on the right leg. He is a large male, with other contributing health factors as in diabetes and high blood pressure.
I'm not sure when the timing will start as he's being transferred to SKILLED NURSING soon. It would be at least three or four weeks most likely from now before services would be needed.
