Press Operator – Die Service International (Belleville, MI)
Minutemen Staffing is currently hiring Press Operators for Die Service International in Belleville, MI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing company offering permanent placement and opportunities for career growth.
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press equipment according to production requirements.
- Install tooling, dies, and other machine components as needed.
- Monitor machine performance, adjusting speed, pressure, and settings to maintain quality production.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Complete routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Accurately record production data, material usage, and downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
