Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a NP Nurse Practitioner or PA Physician Assistant, part-time, 3 days per week to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing patient care at skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility as part of a healthcare team. Additionally, incentive bonus can be earned between $12,000 and $20,400 annually.

This is a salaried position with flexible hours of work within the greater Sacramento, Auburn and Lincoln areas.

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
