Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional looking for part-time work.

Position Overview
The Part-Time Bookkeeper will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and experienced with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Balance and reconcile invoices, ensuring all records are up to date
• Process payroll, including maintaining accurate employee records
• Enter and maintain new vendor information in the system
• Perform initial cleanup of financial records to ensure accuracy and organization
• Assist with general bookkeeping tasks and reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (required)
• Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and payroll processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
