Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Central NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans to help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their maximum potential in home, center, and school settings.

The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans to help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their maximum potential in home, center, and school settings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments as well as assessments to derive treatment goals.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, update, and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and shoe/long term treatment goals for clients and their families based on data analysis and evidence-based practices.
- Supervision: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians in the field (home, school, center).
- Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, speech therapists, psychologists, and families.
- Training: Conduct caregiver/parent training sessions to ensure skill generalization and provide ongoing support.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, session notes, and insurance-required reports in accordance with ethical guidelines and state/federal regulations.
- Data Analysis: Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Active, in-good-standing BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Licensure: Active [State - e.g., New Jersey] Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential, or ability to obtain.
- Experience: Minimum of [1-3] years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably with pediatric populations or in [specify setting: home, clinic, or school].
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ABA principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
