Position Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while serving as a key partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. This role offers high visibility across the organization and the opportunity to drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and support future growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
• Develop and enhance revenue, margin, pricing, and profitability analyses.
• Support month-end close activities, variance analysis, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Build financial models and business cases to support strategic investments and growth initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and forecasting effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional financial reviews and contribute to organizational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics experience are a plus.
• Manufacturing or product-based industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
