Machine Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for both staff and customers.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients regarding maintenance issues.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in repairing CNC Machines
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Experience in residential painting is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in coordinating maintenance activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
