Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Clinic hiring for contract FNP or PA
Hours: M-F either 5x8s or 4x10s, one Saturday per month

Responsibilities:

• Provides ongoing high quality primary care to clients.
• Performs clinical procedures competently.
• Works collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary team members providing medical support and consultation as necessary. 
• Maintains and documents the problem oriented medical record accurately after each client visit and monitors health maintenance checks of patient panel. 
• Sick and urgent care visits
• Annual physicals and check ups
• Referrals to specialists as needed

Requirements:

• APRN: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program with a specialty as afamily nurse practitioner. 
• PA: Graduate of an accredited Master program in the study of physician assistant. 
• Current American Heart Association BLS/AED
• Infection Control Certification
